To our loyal customers, please be advised on the salon lateness and cancellation policies. As we make it our pleasure in serving you, we ask for the same respect. Each stylist has their set appointments for the day, and their schedule is important. Every stylist has a grace period of 15 minutes. After a period of 15 minutes, the appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled.
There will also be a $25 fee for the time the stylists lost.
There is a 24-hour cancellation policy.

There will be a fee of $25 for Cut Appointments and $50 for Color Services. This fee must be paid before rebooking.
